THAI POULTICE
Thai poultice is a technique that involves special poultices made of herbs and spices that are wrapped in muslin or cotton and steam-heated. Steam heating allows the natural essential oils and aromas of the herbs and spices to be released. During massage, the poultices provide moist and nutrient-rich relaxation to the skin and muscles. While offering comfort, the poultices also work with the body’s natural energy to promote harmonization of the body’s energy flow. They do this by loosening energy blockages and stimulating blood circulation.
CRANIO SACRAL(SM)
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

As a deep tissue compression massage, Ashiatsu massage is incredibly effective in pain reduction. This type of massage goes below the surface layers, manipulating the deeper layers of soft tissue.

With traditional deep tissue massage, the fingers, thumbs, and elbows are all utilized to apply pressure to the muscles. The sharpness of these, due to their smaller size, can often lead to discomfort and even bruising.

TRIGGER POINT WITH ASSISTED STRETCHING
Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

CELLUMA LED LIGHT AND OXYGEN TREATMENT
LED Light Therapy is a noninvasive anti-aging approach that works by emitting energy-producing packets of light deep into the skin's layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production and destroy acne-causing bacteria. MYOFACIAL
Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

As Dr.Ping would say this belongs to one of the most rejuvenating herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine which helps clear skin inflammatory aging conditions, detox, and ultimate nourish at the same time. Its unique properties surpass the agate, quartz and any other stones and minerals based on Traditional Chinese. I use her method along with Thai poultice and cryo sticks. I use hot and cold to stimulate the nervous system. This helps me sculpt the face and drain the fluids . This is where the magic happens. This treatment does not include extractions. Includes LED light, Thai poultice and cryo sticks.

I am certified in pregnancy massage. The Pre- and Perinatal technique by Carole Osborne. One of my specialties is pre and post natal massage. The effects of the Carol Osborne technique is geared towards reducing stress. Below is a list of what I can help you achieve during our treatments.

Just a note for in home. I bring body cushions, wedges and pillows to help you adjust to a comfortable position.
Day & Half Day Rates:
$1000 : for a maximum of 6 hours of relaxation. Depending on how many guests you have, this block of time can be split up into: Six 60 min massages, Four 90 min massages, Three 120 minute massages. Add additional time for $120/60 minutes
Half Day Rate: $550 for 3 hours, add additional time for $120/60 minutes.
Travel time out of State-May vary please inquire within. If in the five Boroughs will be charged for tolls and gas.
